Shipping Information

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping to Canada & USA on all items sold through our online store. For all other countries, shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout.

Depending on your country, we will select from a list of partnered shipping companies that include: FedEx, DHL, UPS, United States Postal Service (USPS), Canada Post, and Hong Kong Post. 

Following your order, you will be e-mailed a global tracking number where you will be able obtain tracking updates from the website of the shipper.

How We Ship

United States: Ground Delivery within 36 business days, shipped from our warehouse located in New Lennox, Illinois. Depending on your state, your order may be subject to local state taxes at the time of checkout.

Canada: Ground Delivery within 36 business days, shipped from our warehouse located in Mississauga, Ontario. Depending on your province, your order may be subject to GST/PST and/or HST at the time of checkout.

International: International Express Courier within 5–9 business days, shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. Rates are calculated at the time of checkout depending on the items in your cart. Important: Our delivery service is for shipping costs only.  Additional import duties/fees, and/or taxes that may be charged through the import process of your country.

Expedited Shipping: We may be able to offer expedited shipping with a surcharge added to your order. If expedited shipping is available to your country, the price, transit times, and options will be indicated at checkout. Note that all above shipping times are guidelines only and delays may happen. Our shipping is offered on a best-efforts basis and is subject to certain exceptions (see below).

Shipping Exceptions:

Generally speaking, we will ship to any address in the world that qualifies for Fedex international shipping. However, there are certain circumstances (legal or logistical) for which we are not able to ship to certain addresses:

  • Within OFAC / EAR Comprehensively Embargoed Countries
  • Within OFAC / EAR Targeted Sanctioned Countries
  • Within ITAR Prohibited Countries

How do I know if my address is eligible for shipping?

No action is required by you. At the time of your order, your shipping address will be verified by our ordering processing team. Once verified, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order has been sent to our warehouse for processing. If your order is not eligible for free shipping, a member from our order processing team will contact you by e-mail with alternative options that may include:

  • Changing the shipping address on your order
  • Paying a surcharge to account for added shipping costs
  • Canceling your order and getting a refund
